The first edition of the Festival of Animation Berlin (formerly known as Festival of Animated Film Berlin) was a great success! No surprise, since the sold out one-day event hit a nerve with it’s two great blocks of animation short films made by Berlin filmmakers and a brand new audio-visual concert. It was the first time that there was a festival in Berlin that was exclusively dedicated to animation.
